The Army Enterprise Service Desk (AESD) serves as the single point of contact for all LandWarNet (LWN) IT service requests, issues, and inquiries. AESD provides comprehensive support services 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year, to Army sites and functional organizations. It acts as the primary contact for IT service consumers in the CONUS (Continental United States) theatre and is integrated with Army NetOps facilities to support IT service operations in various theatres.

AESD offers several services, including Incident Management (from Tier 0 to Tier 1), Problem Management, Call Management, Knowledge Management, Service Requests, Workflow Support Systems, and Reporting. These services are designed to address a wide range of IT issues and ensure that Army personnel and organizations have access to timely and efficient support.

To reach the Army Enterprise Service Desk, individuals can contact the AESD by calling 1-866-335-2769. For specific types of support, callers can choose between options for SIPR (Option 2) or unclassified support (Option 3).
